Kitchen Renovation in Charlotte: 2–3 Weeks, Not Six Months
Charlotte kitchen remodels stall when cabinets, tops, and tile are three different calendars. Jesminov Builders Workshop runs kitchen renovation as one crew out of Concord: 3D layout, demolition, cabinets, countertops, backsplash, and punch in about two to three weeks once materials are on site. Occupied homes are the default. You should not need a hotel unless we are opening the floor system.
Ballantyne and Weddington kitchens often want a bigger island and a hidden pantry. 1950s ranches want light and a dishwasher that is not next to the only doorway. We draw both in 3D and get a signature before a cabinet is ordered. That drawing is the job. Change orders after demo exist, but they are visible.
What “2–3 weeks” actually assumes
Plumbing and gas stay near their current walls. Tops are templated after cabinets are set, not from a hopeful drawing. Appliances are on site or have a locked delivery date. If a custom hood is 12 weeks out, we tell you before we touch the old boxes.
Dust control, daily clean-up, and a working coffee/microwave zone are part of how we stay in occupied houses. See the service detail on kitchen renovation and a cost sketch on the calculator.
Quick answers
Do you move walls?
Yes, when the structure allows. That is no longer a 3-week cosmetic job.
Who does electrical and plumbing?
Licensed trades on our schedule, not a random Craigslist sub the week of.
Can I keep some cabinets?
Sometimes. We open a box on day one and tell you the truth.
