How Jesminov Builders Workshop Runs a Job — From Measure to Punch

Updated October 29, 2026 · Jesminov Builders Workshop

Jesminov Builders Workshop LLC runs jobs the same way from a Concord shop whether the ticket is a powder-room paper or a 3-week kitchen. Measure and photos before a number. 3D on kitchens and bigger built-ins. Materials ordered before demo whenever the spec is locked. A punch walk that is scheduled, with you in the room — not a “we’ll swing by sometime.”

The metro we actually drive is Charlotte, Concord, Matthews, Huntersville, Fort Mill, and the towns in a 50–70 mile ring. If you are outside it, say so. If you are inside it, you get the same crew quality as a South Park kitchen, including a 5-year workmanship warranty.

From first photo to punch

You send photos or book a measure from contacts. We look at access, parking, HOA, and whether the wall or the wet area is lying. You get a scope. You approve finishes. We order. We protect the house. We build. We walk the list. If something is wrong, it is our problem until it is not on the list.

About the shop: about us. Work: gallery. Directions of work: services.

Quick answers

Is the measure free?

Yes for the jobs we actually build. We are not a design firm that bills hours to tell you a vanity is 30 inches.

Who do I text during the job?

A named lead. Not a generic inbox that goes to sleep at 5.

Thumbtack reviews?

Read them — then still do a measure. The Charlotte Thumbtack profile is public.

Want this in your house? See our service page, run a rough number on the cost calculator, or send photos.
