Bathroom Remodeling in Charlotte: 1–3 Weeks, One Crew
Charlotte bathroom remodeling does not need a six-month circus. Jesminov Builders Workshop remodels hall baths and primary suites from Dilworth to Myers Park on a 1–3 week calendar: waterproofing, tile, vanity, glass, lighting, punch. One crew. Tile, vanity, and glass are ordered before demo whenever the spec is locked.
We keep a second bathroom working if we are in the primary. Occupied homes are the point. Waterproofing is a membrane system — Schluter or equivalent — not red paint on drywall that a cheap flip uses to look “done.”
What we actually rebuild
Showers, curbs, niches, benches, vanities, lighting, sometimes a layout shift if the joists allow. A hall bath is often about ten days. A primary with a curbless shower and custom glass is the long end of the range. We flood-test when the assembly allows it, then tile.
Start on bathroom remodeling. If the rest of the house needs paper or an accent wall while we are there, say so at measure so we can sequence it.
Quick answers
Can you keep the tub?
Yes. Walk-in vs tub is a family and resale conversation we will have in the room.
Do I pick tile first?
Yes. Lead times are why demo waits.
Is there a warranty?
Five years on workmanship. Product warranties stay with the maker.
